Grace's Story

Grace arrived in the ministry in 2008 aged around 8 years . She was born to a mother who suffered from mental illness and was unmarried, father unknown. When she died Adonai was left to fend for herself, begging for food in her village. She had never had the chance to go to school and was severely malnourished when she arrived to our ministry, brought by a relative. When she came to us she was very nervous and would not allow anyone to get close to her, gradually she relaxed and started to go to school and discovered she really liked learning. She became a Christian and has grown hugely in her faith.

She has graduated from Secondary School with good grades and has just begun a n Education degree programme at a local seminary. She teaches Sunday school in the local church and is a beautiful singer. She is so grateful to the ministry for taking her in and giving her a new life, she now has a hope and a future.
